Because we do not work on the weekends, we would deliver the unit(s) on Friday and pick it up on the following Monday for no additional charge. We will call either the day before or the day of the delivery to give a timeframe of when we would arrive .
To reserve the portable restroom, you can use either a Visa or MC and pay half of what would be due, and for executive trailers you can make a $500 deposit. The full payment for portable restrooms can be paid any time before the delivery, but the executive trailers are due two weeks before the event.
A minimal cancellation fee is $25. If the unit is booked, where other customers were turned away or had the chance to be rejected because the reservation withheld their request from coming to fruition, a larger fee may be incurred for the given portion of the unit's value. The $500 deposit for executive trailers are non-refundable within 8 weeks of the event. (Due to the COVID-19, we have been flexible with this policy.)
We serve on a first come, first serve basis. If you would like to call the office at any time, we can inform you of the current activity for the given weekend so you can have a ballpark idea of how much time you may have to book the requested unit(s) before the spot(s) is filled.
